Apartment Landlords

The Landlords title comes from owning one of the OG Apartments Collection of NFT's. These layer 0 properties are the first installments to the enterprise structure in the HM World. The OG Apartments offer it's owners an opportunity to rent out each of the rooms that their homes own to other community members. The rent that is paid by the system during the agreed upon lease period will be given to the landlord of the apartment as passive earning for providing a service to your renter, receiving $OATH tokens. The renter will also have received some $OATH tokens at the end of said period, by having had worked from home in the apartment, earning their stay.

This model system isn't just about rewards; it's about building a community-centric economy where participation and contribution are incentivized. Owning and utilizing your apartments offer you and a few of your community members the ability to earn passive tokens by staking your assets to the city and letting them work. However the benefits continue, as each apartment have traits that make them unique beyond just aesthetics by building Habits that give characters living in the apartment the ability to interact with amenities such as the basketball court, the gym, and others to give temporary stat boosts as long as you participate in your habits daily, giving you an extra edge on missions, brawls and team ups.
