Apartment token rewards are structured around an 8-tier points system, designed to recognize and reward the unique qualities or traits of each apartment. The essence of this system is straightforward: apartments are ranked across tiers based on their quality according to their traits, from the most basic to the most lavish, with each tier representing a range of points. Specifically, Tier 1 starts from 0 to 2000 points and progresses up to Tier 8, which spans from 8001 to 9000 points. As of now, the distribution across tiers varies, with no apartments in Tier 1, and an ascending order of quantity from 54 apartments in Tier 2 up to 2 apartments in Tier 8, reflecting a broad spectrum of apartment qualities within our community.
The positioning of an apartment within these tiers is a direct reflection of its traits’ combined value, influencing not only the apartment's rank but also its potential to generate tokens when staking. This detailed arrangement ensures a balanced and rewarding system where apartments with superior or more traits yield higher token rewards during renting cycles.
