Apartment Tiers

Overview

Apartment token rewards are structured around your apartments traits and an 8-tier system that recognizes their value. Your apartments are ranked across tiers based on their property value according to their traits and quality. In the table below, you will see how much each traits value in points, and the sum of all your trait values combined determine what tier your Apartment lands in.

It begins at Tier 1 with 0 to 2000 points on their rank and ends at Tier 8, with 8001 to 9000 point at their level and only 2 out the 1000 apartments making the cut. The positioning of an apartment within these tiers is a direct reflection of its traits’ combined value, and in turn the potential amount of $OATH tokens it generates.
