The "Landlord" title comes from owning one of the 1,000 OG Apartments air dropped to early Prio holders. These layer 0 properties are the first installment to the enterprise structure in the HM World. The OG Apartments offer it's owners the opportunity to rent out each of the rooms to other community members. The rent that is paid by the system during the agreed upon lease period will be given to the "Landlord" of the apartment as passive earning for providing a service to the renter, receiving $OATH tokens.
